Returns Policy
Faulty or damaged belly bars
We would be as disappointed as you if you received a faulty or damaged belly bar but in the unlikely event that you do, you may return it for a replacement or full refund.
All we ask is that you email the abellybar team, within 7 days of receipt who will issue you with a Returns Number, ask you to complete the Returns Form and advise you how to return the item.
All returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
We will refund the cost you have incurred to return the item and credit your card for the cost of the jewellery or make arrangements to send a replacement item.
We do reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns or any items which are returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition.
Unwanted and unloved belly bars
If you cannot give your belly bar a home (for whatever reason) we are happy for you to return the item to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
Returns of any unwanted and unloved designs do however need to be authorised and you should email the abellybar team who will issue you with a Returns Number and ask you to complete a Returns Form. They will also advise you how to return the item.
All returns must be sent back in the unopened, sealed packet. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept items back where the seal has been broken or tampered with.
We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns or any items which are returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition rendering the item unsuitable for resale.
