This is an amazing material which is completely inert, soft and very flexible and therefore for some people is a more comfortable option.
They are ideal to wear following your initial piercing and can reduce the risk of infection or irritation and help maintain an open and healthy piercing.
Our range of PTFE retainers will also help you to keep your piercing throughout your pregnancy. You can also wear PTFE jewellery during X-rays, surgery and in hospital but naturally, you should always consult your doctor to be sure of the facts.
For those sporty girls out there, you may also find this type of belly bar more comfortable to wear during exercise and sporting activities.
We supply our Retainer/PTFE in 16mm which can be trimmed to suit your piercing.
